Skyblock Plugins

Hello,
My name is Adam!
I am currently looking for a developer or a plugin that is for skyblock.
I want a spawnermerger spawner where you can right click and merge spawners together like it says above the spawner u have x amount of spawners in that one block and want a plugin where its a island top that counts all these spawners instead of just counting the one placed.

Summary;
I am looking for 2 plugins. MobMerger (Merges mob spawners) and Island Top (Counts all the mobs that are merged together and displays it for island top)

I dont rly have a budget so just dm me with your price on how much it would take and how I want this to be is you make the plugins show me on test server I pay friends and family then you send.
