SkyBlock server 300$-500$

I'm interested in buying a sky block server. Budget Around 300$ Max 500&

What I'm looking for;

Decent looking builds (Does not have to be very high quality)

Some custom plugins (Plugins need to be made in Java NOT skript)

A Logo and A banner. (Should be High quality)

I don't need a player base.

I do need to see the server in person.

Also need the setup/server to be exclusive to only me.

I also accept someone to setup this up for me.

$55 is pretty low for that, don't you think? Especially as he wants it high quality.
Just sounds a little fishy to me as your a new member too, that's all. :l Anyway, it's nothing really to do with me, glws.

tbh idc if he accepts my offer xD would be pretty dumb ehh? anyways, if you think its fishy because Im a new member thats just plain stupid to tell you the truth, you started as a "new" guy
