• Auction plugin
• Chest Shop plugin
• Permissions ready to go
• Fully custom made island spawn
• Obviously the A Skyblock plugin with 3 ranges of difficulty
• Worldguard to protect the islands

It's the whole server, not just the builds. The build is simplistic, obv. However, depending on the setup quality, this server could be worth $20.
