Skyblock Server (Need Staff)

Hello,

I'm recruiting staff for an upcoming server, and preferably looking for mature, great people. Also would help if you could financially help my server, if you would like to apply for staff. I would need you to make an application form and add me on discord. As of now i actually have not bought the server yet. Currently trying to get a staff team started up.

Owner Requirements:

Must be able to help the server financially somewhat.
Must be active in case i would be gone somewhere.
Helpful has a lot of skills and mature.

Moderator Requirements:

Must have somewhat experience on being a moderator on a server.
Nice and kind and not disrespectful.
Mature and could handle people without freaking out.
Could differentiate a person hacking from a person that is not hacking.

Admin Requirements:




Must have experience on being an admin.
Not abusive.
Kind and Nice to players.
Preferably able to handle the server with the Owner.
Can be able to work with a team.

Builder Requirements:

Must obviously know how to use WorldEdit*
Have a portfolio or images that show your builds. WITH PROOF.

Other Ranks:




Pretty much the moderator rank aswell.

Why do you want to be staff?

I would like to become staff, because i feel as i would make a difference on you're SkyBlock server. I have many assets i can bring to the server like, Help,Time,Maturity and being loyal.

Help: I am always looking to help people that are in a situation where they will need a staff member to assist them. When i help someone i always spend my time helping them so they can all the information they want and won't need to ask the question again to another staff member.

Time: I am very active, i will list my hours and days i am on.

Monday - 3 hours
Tuesday - 2 hours
Wednesday - 3 hours
Thursday - 2 hours
Friday - 6 hours
Saturday - 8 hours
Sunday - 8 Hours

Maturity: I am very mature, and very professional as being a staff member, I won't moan at any mistakes i make, i will just simple fix them with no issues.

Loyal: I am very loyal and would never leak information about anything that people don't want to be leaked, I don't lie to anyone and always tell the truth.

Why should we except you?

You should accept me because i am hard working and i love generally helping people, I also love to help new upcoming servers to get successful and let everyone know about them, I also love skyblock as it was the first game mode i played on minecraft. You should except me, as i am a professional manager, that has good experience and i know how to manage a server under stress, a server that may be abusing a bug at a certain time, i can make professional handbooks for the server ( if needed ).

Why do you want to be staff?
I would like to be staff so I am able to help out with the skyblock server. I am an experienced individual which means I have a lot of knowlege of being staff. I know what is right and wrong when being staff and I am a good role model to the lower ranked players. I have worked on numerous servers and I have helped them big time with the setups, moderation or anything they really wanted me to do. I am a helpful individual and I am able to help whenever you need me to and I believe that I am active enough to get involved with events, staff meetings or any other things which are important and that I need to do.

I am aiming to get a Moderator position as I am a great moderator and I am more familiar with the moderation commands then any of the Administration or Management commands.

I'd say my Maturity level is around 8-9/10 as I can take jokes but, if they go too far, I will take action on the player saying the joke.

I feel like you should accept me as I am an active individual, I am able to help players by providing them with information, informing them on the rules or just generally helping them with any bugs or issues they have with the server. I am a calm individual and I can be mature in anjy situation and I am able to have conversations with players if they want to talk in private. I am familiar with the rules so when I find a player breaking one, I can punish them as I know the rules off of the top of my head.
