Skyblock Server Setup Similar To PvPingMC/PvPWars Style

I am seeing if there are any development teams that would be able to build a skyblock style server similar to PvPWars/Pvpingmc. There are old/current popular skyblock servers that I am not trying to copy, but produce a similar style server to them.

Let me know if you would like to hear any more information about it.
