Skyblock Server Setup

Looking for a setup for a competitive skyblock server, I'm wanting to run seasons on it, so I need the economy to be very solid, and easy to reset in-between seasons. I need it built on 1.8.9 because I'm using BreadSpigot. I will be providing the spawn, and builds, as well as any premium plugin you may need to develop with.

My budget is around $300.

I'm really wanting to work with somebody one on one, rather than a service team, thanks!
