I'm just going to give some fast feedback, so if you only care about money and not improving, or just don't plan on ever again selling anything, you can pass this comment.
First of all, it would be good to have all photos in one place - for example on imgurr. Opening 4 different photos is difficult compared to it.
Then.. the photos are sort of a bad quality. Even after seeing all 4 pictures, I don't really know what the spawn looks like. First picture is too dark, sky, shadows and lights are glitchy, and you cant really see anything. 2nd photo is on the right direction: It shows something actually useful of the spawn, and you can actually see something, even tho the leaves in the background are glitching.
It's good to have photos with no shaders too, but the third photo looks really overlighted, because uhm.. its night? but everything is still super bright and nearly hurts my eyes? what's going on? The same goes for the 4th photo. You can probably see the most on it, but it mostly shows like.. not the spawn-area itself. It also shows some random forest around the spawn, which would be good to cut out.
Why is it important to have good photos?
Good photos attract buyers. The point of having photos overall is to show the spawn, to make people wanna buy it. If the photos are bad quality and dont show a lot, there wont be that much buyers, if any.
I hope you - or other people scrolling thru - learned something. Good luck on selling this things, it actually looks quite nice from what I can see, but I'd still advice you to add more photos with less glitchy shaders and showing more of the actual spawn.

Nope. No fancy lighting. Not sure about the outside exterior, any tree looks the same.
