Hey guys, Iam working on a new project and i have a few questions.

-------------Website--------------
- first of all. Do you really need a website at the beginning? Or is at the beginning just buycraft good?

----------------Icon---------------
- the server icon. What does it need to include? A name? Something that has to do with the server? Something like cobble-lava-water?

---------------Staff---------------
What are good permissions for
normal staff member? Do they need /tpo /vanish
And how many staff members is normal? 5-7?

hey i have owned a few servers don't rush the opening finish everything and yes websites are very nice to have but not necessary and icon should be something that resembles your server it doesn't have to have ur name becuase its only 64x64 pixels but something unique

no problem and for staff it really depends on the position i give my admins op but my moderators are nerfed a little i think but mostly because i dont trust them. They dont have any need for /tpo or vanish (mods) so i wouldn't give it to them. I give them /fly to make them happy but i have a plugin so they cant fly while in a pvp zone or if they dealt damage or took damage in the last 2 mintues. I would give them Broadcast and color chat and permission to tempban. But that is just my personal opinion everyone is entitled to their own.[DOUBLEPOST=1452806522,1452806287][/DOUBLEPOST]and for amount of staff i wouldn't do to many but its really up to u i like to start with 3 staff members (1 admin 1 mod 1 helper) and add a staff member every Steady 10 players or so. so basically when u start server u have 3 staff then u hit a constant 20 players or so add another so you would have 5 staff total (yourself 1 admin 1 mod 2 helpers) then at 30 players (yourself 1 admin 2 mods 2 helpers) Dont just promote to mods but have them work up the ranks so all staff should start at helper except the initial 3. And dont feel like you owe your staff grace if they slip up more than 2 times take away there rank.
