Skyblock Spawn/Terraforming

Hey, I'm looking for a new spawn/terraforming work under it for my server's upcoming reset.

Budget: $125-200
Time frame: 1 week or less

The idea for this is that players are able to jump directly from spawn down into a large mine/pvp zone where we can add pvp aspects such as boss fights and hard-points in the future. I'd like the spawn itself to be highly detailed and fairly large, maybe 200x200-250x250, but most of the spawn would be an open space where players can look down into the mine. I don't really have a specific theme in mind so I'm really open to suggestions, I just want it to look good. As for the actual spawn, I'd like to designate at least 4 separate areas that I can use for shop, crates, info, and whatever else comes up
The mine itself should be a large open area that splits off into large caves, tunnels, etc. Must be mostly composed of stone to comply with some of our custom plugins. Mine should be maybe 60ish blows below spawn. Composed of detailed terraforming.

This would give you a lot of wiggle room to build how you want it, I just want it very highly detailed and I'd like constant updates and the ability to have things changed as I see fit before the build is complete.
