Sorry to be the one who says this, but this is not worth $75, or $25 non-exclusively. At least in my opinion.

The $75 Part is the 3 Copies, Once the first copy is sold the $75 option is no longer available

I'm aware the $75 buys all three and give them exclusive rights to the build, but the build itself isn't worth that much money. In my opinion.

May I ask what you think the right price is?

I'd recommend working on it a bit more if your the builder, just to add bigger structures and details. That would raise the value a lot.

Or, to put it more civilized, please focus mostly on pictures with default texturepack. Most servers use mostly default, or a custom texturepack based on something. If it requires a texturepack to look good, it's rarely a good build (pre-1.8 conquest being an exception)
