I get your point, the players from skycade have been making memes on reddit with domain names so I decided to extend on that
by actually registering the domain name just for fun.
I've shown it to the owner of skycade a good month ago didn't get a reply from anyone from their server nor company.
I do get your point though.
I'm not sure they'd bother going to court if you just register it but if you're selling it they might have an initiative. I don't know how big their legal team is or if it exists at all but I was in the same situation with cubecraft and was rightfully threatened to be sued.
Only thing I know is that Jack Massey Welsh is the owner and 100% shareholder of Skycade Limited. And I believe that they have 1 employee that is just doing sales etc. Pretty sure that they won't take this to court because they didn't reply/get in contact with me when I showed them that I registered the domain name (as I said a good month and a half ago.) And considering that this was all a joke.
But I do want to thank you for letting me know!
