Skycraft- Looking for Manager

We are currently setting up our server but we will not have it up and running for at least 12. We also won’t need a staff team for at least 9 months from now. Though, we would like to recruit a suitable Manager.

Duties:

Staff duties- (won’t be doing this for about 9 months +)
Checking the activity of staff members
Demoting/promoting
Recruiting staff members

For now, generally we would want you to help us out with getting the server up and running and recruiting developers and builders.

This will be unpaid.

Why would you not be releasing for a year .-. It only takes maybe two months to fully make a server with a good manager
