POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Head all development and backend projects,
Configure new plugins and features,
Source development of new plugins,
Communicate with vendors and plugin developers,
Ensure a Lag-Free experience for players,
Ensure on-server branding follows guidelines.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
At Least 16 Years of Age,
Minimum of 6 Months Configuration Experience,
Worked on a Minecraft Server Staff Team within the Past 3 Years,
Ability to Work With Others,
Ability to Dedicate Time to Server.
PREFERRED QUALITIES:
Skilled in Java development,
Skilled in HTML/CSS web development,
Skilled in Python development,
Able to work solely for Skye Creative (for MC projects),
Experience in Minecraft server development environment.
