Skyia Network is a factions network consisting of two servers, Black and White. Skyia Black is a competitive PVP-based server while on the other side, Skyia White is a more relaxed quest based and RPG-based factions server. A new server, Skyia Red will be added next week if release goes well. (It's not another factions server, don't worry.)

Hi there, you're most likely reading this because you're interested in our staff program. Awesome.
The Skyia staff program is in place to give selected community members an opportunity to be a part of the server, up close, and behind the scenes. We're always looking for more players to join the program, so if this sounds like something you're interested in, this is the place for you.
Expectations
Our team is expected to spend time on the server watching over the chat, handling reports, catching rule-breakers, and helping any and all players who need it.
As a helper in the program, you will be trained and learn how to deal with these kinds of situations, and some will be chosen to progress onto becoming moderators.
Requirements
So, now that you understand that, let's move on to what you'll need to know before applying.
To be considered for our program, you must
• Have at least 24 hours of in-game time
• Have a valid Skype account
• Be able to take screenshots and upload them
• Be able to record YouTube videos and upload them
• Be able to put at least 3 hours of your time into the server per week*
(If there is anything that will prevent you from being online at a specific time, please notify management)
Recommendations
- Be age 13 or older
We have a mindset at Skyia that maturity is always more important than age. While it is true that maturity does come with age, we are always welcome to someone who exceeds this. While we do recommend that you wait until the age of 13 before applying, there are always exceptions, and applicants can be accepted below the age of 13. We are always on the lookout and watchful of those who have promising talent.
- Put real effort and detail into your application
Now, this one is really common sense. If you actually care about your choice, and you truly want to become a staff member, put some real effort into your application. It's not a requirement for applying, but to be perfectly honest, your chances of being accepted without any real effort and detail are very, very slim to none.
- Show us your determination
If you really want to become a staff member here at Skyia, show us that you're determined to do it. Let us know why you're applying, give us a real reason that you want to become a staff member. Don't just do it because you have more privileges, do it for a reason. Not only for newcomers, but if you have already applied, and were denied for some reason, don't give up. Giving up never got anyone anywhere, except where they didn't want to end up. Keep applying, listen to the feedback of the person who denied you, and improve on that knowledge.
Notes
Here is just a little bit of short information before you begin your application.
Arguing with the decision that the administrator reviewing your application will result in an instant denial.
Asking any staff member to look at your application will result in an instant denial.
You may not apply for the Skyia staff team with any punishments more recent than three weeks ago.
Gaining any punishments while you have a pending application will result in an instant denial.*
Don't apply for the staff team if you will be too busy to dedicate time to the server, you cannot be accepted again if this is the reason for your demotion.*
You may not have received any help from any other person on your application. If it's found that you were helped in your application, you will be demoted and blacklisted from applying again.
If you are denied, you must wait two weeks before applying again to take into mind the advice which the administrator has given you in your denial, and work on your application with a new mindset and knowledge.
*(You may still be accepted if you have received a punishment on your account which was concluded to be a false punishment. If someone other than you was the culprit of the punishment, you will still be denied. Your account is your responsibility, don't give it to anyone you don't fully trust.)
*(If you have taken time off the staff team for Holiday or other events, you must notify me of this. If I am not aware of time taken off the server for this, the demotion will stay in order.)

Now now, you've waited to this point, let's wait just a little bit more. As you can see, below is the application format, and all the questions that you answer in it. Make sure to thoroughly answer each question, making sure to include lots of detail, and not to forget a single one.
All you have to do is just simply copy and paste(Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V) the application and send it to me on PM (DO NOT REPLY TO THE THREAD WITH YOUR APPLICATION, UNLESS IT'S SAYING PM'D) and answer away. The format must be exactly the same as the one below, if any questions or answers are missing, your application will be denied. You may not make your application with the questions as numbers, and following those numbers, the answers to the questions.
