This Is Skywars With A Twist, They Are 2 Islands Floating In The Middle,You Have 10mins to find chests scattered through out the map with your squad of 4 They Will Be 4 Squads Located On North,East,South And West Of The Map. After the grace period you have 5mins to gather building blocks to get up to the islands. When The 2 Teams Reach The Island They Have A Choice To Let Members Of The Other Team Join Or Die.Then a the Battle.This Is When Skywars Starts,You have 1 Life,No Regen Last Team Standing.Winners Get A hub Tokens.

BE THE BEAST:
1v7,utter chaos You Get To Chose To Be The Wither Or Enderdragon In A Certain Amount Of Time You Need To Get Kills, If You Get Killed The Team Each Gets 2 Hub Tokens. This Can Changed Into Monster V Monster.A Faction Betting System, Winner Takes All The Possiblities Are Endless.

we are an upcoming server, Skylar Network, and we are recruiting staff members in the following positions:

Server Manager
Staff Manager
Admin
GFX Artist
Co-owner

Currently, there is no payment in being a staff member, but in the future, managers may be eligible for payment.

Developers will be responsible for the following tasks:

Installing,updating and configurations plugins
Editing things such as plugins and ranks perms
Make Custom Plugins (IF POSSIBLE)
Suggesting ideas and inputting them with our consent

Developers will have privalages for the following privileges:

Access To Console And Multicraft Hub
Developer Status Ingame And Forum Page
Website Admin
Access To Talk To Me And Coowner

Server Managers will be responsible for the following tasks:

Installing, updating, and configuring plugins
Editing things in-game (e.g. rank permissions)
Coming up with ideas for the server
Overseeing the server

Server Managers will have the following privileges:

Access to server Multicraft panel, and FTP details
OP status (with "Server Manager" rank) in game
Website administrator (access to almost all things on the site)

Staff Managers will be responsible for the following tasks:

Discussing with owner about making staff related changes
Developing and modifying the staff structure
Viewing applications, accepting/rejecting as they go along
Promoting/demoting staff members when necessary
Overseeing the general staff operation, having regular meetings
Mentoring and advising new staff members

Staff Managers will have the following privileges:

Access to rank permissions
OP status (with "Staff Manager" rank) in game
Website Administrator (access to almost all things on the site)

Admins will be responsible for the following tasks:

General server and forum moderation
Punishing players when necessary
Viewing reports of players, and taking necessary action
Viewing ban appeals, accepting/rejecting as they go along
Having a knowledge of all server rules, and staff rules
Suggesting ideas for the server
Mentoring and advising new staff
Help make decisions related to acquiring new staff

Admins have the following privileges:

In game moderation commands (e.g. ban)
Special commands that may benefit their moderation
Extra commands for personal benefit
Forum moderation privileges

We are also looking for someone to co-own the server, he/she would be owner alongside me. The co-owner would do the following:

Cover website/server expenses (for the time being,paid back 100% with server donations and over 50% of all revenue)
Help develop the server all together
Regularily discuss with me
Hire People To Join The Server
