Skylights Kingdom of Chaos Staff needed (fully custom Server)

Hello people, i am the creator and owner of Skylights kingdom of chaos.
I'm out looking to start recruiting some staff for my server.

Here's some basic info:
The server is fully custom and isn't like all these other servers kids keep spamming the minecraft community with, This server is unique. There are 4 race's with different perks, fully custom 3D wepons And a custom made map. This is just a little info about the server.

There is not a set release date yet as i can't currently calculate the needed time to finish the server.
I can not say what the average player count will be. But I'm curently assuming that there will probably be a average player count of 5-20 players for the first month after the server is released.
I don't currently have a set budget for advertising. I'm going to post on different sites, i have some youtuber friends, and i'm thinking ill rent some spaces on places like here on MC market and what not.

Are there different weapons for each class/durability of item?

Yes, different races have different weapons native to their lands, and they have different durabilitys
