There is no set amount of hours, it will depends on what we are working on.

So you are saying that even if you will request to recreate whole website (for example) or to create 2nd facebook the salary will stay 200? Abit unfair I would say. Then there is no point for you to pay salary every month if you can find someone and pay just for jobs that person would do. Would be fair for both sides.

No decent and reputable webdeveloper will work for that amount without knowing how much needs to be done on a monthly basis.

We are looking for someone to develop features and maintain them. For a reputable developer I'd say about 10-20 hours per month

That's less than a hourly McDonald's wage after taxes. If you're confident it isn't much work, why not have a hourly wage instead?

Because this isnt McDonalds. Now if you don't agree how we do things fine but just leave it. There are plenty of people who would want to make $200 per month for 15-20 hours of work per month and to clarify, the hourly wage for a 16 year old here is just €4-7/h so it's till more than what you would earn at a normal job here.

For me, the minimum legal wage is $18.29 an hour.

Not trashing thread, just saying my thoughts.
