Skype/Discord buttons on Profiles

I think it would be helpful if you were able to enable Skype and Discord buttons on your profile like you can do for Steam, PS4, XBL, etc. This could prevent impersonators by making the information more accessible, right now you have to go digging into people's profile tabs or past posts to find their contact info.

That is from an addon we have called Gamer Profiles, and since they don't have Skype or Discord built in to it, it would require custom development which isn't really a priority at the moment. We already have a field on your profile for Skype and Discord anyways.

Cool idea but aren't we encouraged to deal on site and not on Skype?

Dealing on site would prevent the most scams, but in reality skype and discord are superior to MCM PMs in most cases due to their simplicity, wide use, and convenience.

But in the long run wouldnt it help the site A LOT.. Scam reports could be solved ore easier makng the staff have more time to settle more reports.

Expensive custom development for no real gain towards the website and it's management; only really beneficial for user experience which isn't gonna be appealing to Mick as he stated.
