Skype out of order?

So, yesterday and today I've been having this problem with skype. Where skype puts messages out of order. For example I'll say "3.50", and then the person replies with "3.25" and somehow, Skype puts their message first, and doesn't send me notification they messaged me. So everything is jumbled up and it's confusing. Anyone know a solution?

Probably has to do with your PC timezone/Skype timezone.

Yea same here, also notifications don't go away unless you right click and mark as read.
