Expectations


Being a staff member that comes to a players aid is paramount, however, at the moment our playerbase is currently sparse. Regardless, staff are expected to not fool around and abuse their powers only due to the reason of a recess in player presence. Present and newly hired staff must follow these basic rules specifically set for personnel.

Responsibilities of Listed Positions

- Builder
- Coming up with new build-ideas for the server, and sharing them with the team.
- Helping with build projects
- Following building formats
- Following directions from the Head-Builder
- Building experience in the past
- Following all staff rules stated in the Staff Handbook (given when hired)
- Helper
- Helping out players and other staff members whenever needed
- Staying active on the server
- Reporting all issues that you can’t personally resolve to the staff team
- Reporting bugs/glitches to the staff team
- Taking your position seriously
- Accepting whether you’re denied or accepted
- Coming up with new ideas/plans for the server
- Following all staff rules stated in the Staff Handbook (given when hired)
- Administrator
- Responsible for ranks below Administrator
- Staying active
- Be able to respond during problems which need immediate attention
- Be able to protect the community at times when needed
- Report loopholes which can be resolved in rules
- Following all staff rules stated in the Staff Handbook (given when hired)
