INTRODUCTION:
Hello MCM. SkyRange is a very unique skyblock server that hasn't been released yet. We are a network striving to provide the most custom and innovative minecraft gametypes available. Due to a lack of funds, I am forced to sell it. This project has a vast amount of potential.

CUSTOM FEATURES:
• Events - There are awesome events on the server including Sumo and Last Man Standing
• By killing mobs, you can get tokens to be used in the /tshop. Token shop is a way to purchase in-game items by grinding.
• GKits
• Custom crates plugin
• EXP pets (3 tiers)
• Custom Spigot Fork

There are many things wrong.
A. Your selling a server that hasn’t even released for $200 as a SB. There are like 6 custom features a spigot fork that’s like $60
B. 50 players in discord, this means you would have to put a lot of money into advertisement. Therefore lowering the price of the server
C.
Can you explain more what the domain is, what are the premium plugins being used, builds, normal plugins being used, important plugin messages

If this is worth 125 my sb server is easily worth 300, I don't think you have your price right. It is possibly worth around 80-100 if the plugins, config, etc is really good.

You are completely underpricing everything which makes the appraisal inaccurate. Please reference me individuals who can replicate such assets for the values you listed so I can make profit

Logo - Why would you pay 50 usd to professional when you could have a 13 year old kid on mc-m that could do the exact same for 10 usd.
Xenforo theme - Don't think it's quite that much, I know of a website that makes them for a lot cheaper.
Domain - Correct.
Buycraft - Full bullshit, TheHumax_ makes them for way cheaper, I make them for way cheaper, there are litterally websites you can get them for free. There is nothing special about your buycraft theme at all.
Custom Plugins - Depending on the developer this is accurate but I know of people that could do the same for around 30.
Custom Builds - Since when are builds this much? You got really ripped off on the builds part. I would value the builds at 20-30 if you are lucky.
Trailer - If really good it could be 20 but it's really only worth like 5-10.
