I personally trust this user a lot he owns multiple servers and knows what he is doing. This was only stated so people knew I am only the middleman in the deal. Thanks for your concerns however.

I’m struggling to see why this is worth close to $400, I think maybe 150-200 at most

The quality of the assets alone is worth a lot, it had a 25 playerbase on its last map which was only a couple weeks ago, so it can easily be restored. The Bin is only a number it can be negotiated as well.
