Skyscraper (selling once again) Low detail, low price

This is not a great build but I made it once and I really don't ever want to use it because I won't find a need for it. So I am deciding to sell it.
It's primarily only a few colors, not high quality, so won't even be much.

The inside is completely empty besides for a ladder which goes into a basement. I originally used it as a spawner room, however it can be used for other things. You can customize it according to your liking.

It will be sent as schematic. If you need it as a world I will try to do that as well.

Not responsible for anything at all that happens after build is sold, I am not going first, payments will be 100% G&S [you cover fees], and no chargebacks at all. I can deny any bid I want so don't say I am wasting your time. I'm willing to use a middleman we both agree on if you don't trust me, but you will cover fees for this middleman as well.

Why would anyone buy this.

Don't know but it sparked some interest a while back. In case any one needs like a structure or wants to import it I guess?

Also I'm just selling most of the stuff I don't need right now. Got scammed earlier for a lot of money, so might as well make back what I can.
