Do you have a site, are positions paid, etc?

Website is in the works. And no, to be honest if you want to be paid for being a helper or something on a Minecraft server, its like hoping your pc will turn into chocolate when you snap your fingers

No, you wanted people to be in the "development / management" side. Is that paid?

Development / management? Development stands for helping with setting up plugins and configs, etc and management stands for all the other roles like moderating, testing, so on. So as before, no. Not paid.

Most servers I've seen have people applying by the masses not being paid.. why do you think I would have to pay?

Development / Management is the one of the biggest things for running a server. Sure, not paying like moderators/helpers is fine. But the developers and managers should be paid.

I never asked for managers? And developers are literally just setting up configs.. I could do that if I wanted.

Developers are mostly for Java or any programming codes, basically people who work with codes, If you are talking about configs that's a configurator. Dunno why people start creating bullshit about ''dev config'' or people who config are ''devs'', And configs take quite a time, Lmao. specially large configs as for example: crates are easy but time consuming. If you think configs are nothing, then you are clearly wrong buddy. this is market you wont really get almost everything for free unless you know how to do it yourself.

You don't think I know this? I mean I don't want developers that want $100 to just make plugins, just want people that'll setup stuff.
As for this, if you think I can't " make it ", I'll head back to nicer communities.

Mc-market isnt the friendliest community that you should join LMAO js. ppl are hungry. even my self not gonna lie.

Regardless of that. Plugins doesn't cost that much unless you get a high tier dev or you are looking for a high tier code/large plugin

Still; people don't have to bite new members heads off. I'm leaving it here: I'm not paying staff. Thats it.
