~ Skytide Recruitment ~
Skytide is an upcoming Minecraft Network. We are focusing on Skyblock for now, however, once we finish that gamemode and have a sufficient amount of developers, builders, and staff, we will be expanding and hopefully have a variety of minigames everyone can enjoy.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for the following: Owner (1), Manager (1), Administrators (3) and Moderators (5). Any other staff positions may be discussed privately.
Please note all of these positions are currently voluntary; you will not be paid. As a Developer, you will not be paid as of right now, however, we may discuss payment if you prove yourself and have shown a lot of dedication and contribution. The same goes for Builders and possibly staff members.

Staff Requirements (Administrator, Manager, Moderator)
⇥ You must be over the age of 14. (Rare exceptions will be made for mature individuals.)
⇥ You must have a Discord account, a microphone, and be comfortable enough to speak.
⇥ You must be able to join any interviews and/or future staff meetings.
⇥ You must be fluent in English or at least understandable. We want to understand what our staff team is saying so we can take anything they say into account.
⇥ You must dedicate at least 4 hours of your week to the server, otherwise, you will be demoted or severely punished. (If you are busy, that's okay. Let someone know.)

Owner Requirements
⇥ You must contribute financially and be active. If you want more information about the server, feel free to add anyone in the Management team.
⇥ You must have some sort of past experience in Management, Administration, and/or Development. A resume would be amazing if you have one.
⇥ Meet all of the requirements for staff, however, you must be over the age of 16.
⇥ Willing to invest $200 +

Massive devouch for "Server Manager Bear", joined and he was rude, gave attitude and removed me from his server when I called him out for behaving like that. However, the General Manager Pengy was really nice, and apologized for his co-staff's behaviour.

I love seeing little kids, with big roles.

Don’t expect to receive a ton of people wanting to join you. You won’t find a developer who will work for free, and you definitely won’t find somebody who’s just gonna give you $200 with this sort of pitch. Gl anyway
