Been a Co-Owner before on a different server
Not be Staff On a different server during being staff on Slender Hunt
Must be able to configure plugins
Must be able to give $5.00/Month

Admin
Same as above except no money needed

Mod
Responsible
must be familiar with commands
Loyal
Etc

Dev
Config plugins
Must know: PEX, Vote Rewards at least

Don't take this as trashing nor hate but personally I would not limit the staff (admin and co owner) to not be staff on other servers. I totally see your point but that is my opinion.
