i need a developer who can make a website where you watch clean memes for a currency called legendbux which you can use to buy cosmetics such as chat colors, etc

There’ll be some other features but that’s mostly it

You're likely not going to get all that for $30. Making a currency, then having you gain it from watching certain videos isn't easy. For $30 you'd likely only get a simple website with a few pages, development isn't cheap.
