Small budget server website banner (header)

I'm looking for good quality (preferably drawn but not necessarily) art to use as the header of my WIP concept (server). Budget is 5$ to 15$, will say the theme in conversation.

Dimensions are about 1074x180px, I'm looking for some kind of banner with a logo (+ server name) in the middle, combined in a way.
