Small Castle/Spawn Build

So a couple of moths ago I built and submitted a spawn/castle build to my favorite server in hopes of it being used as the new spawn, but that never occurred. Today I had the brilliant idea of actually doing something with it, so here I am trying to sell this build. NightMaph scammed a person? Has there been a report filed against him, I would gladly like to see it and review it before selling my build to him. Also, if he scammed a guy would he not be kicked from the Skype group and/or banned from the website?
