Small classes plugin

Hello, I want this plugin made for me. My budget is $15 because Teg ans ShortNinja said this should cost $5-10!
1st Part
Classes: Undead, Thief, Bowmen, Flash and Traveler
Undead: Can bypass the 30sec-1min deathban
Thief: When you attack someone there is a 1/50 chance you will take the item in their hand
Bowmen: Does plus 1 damage with bows
Flash: gets 1.5 speed
Traveler: gets a virtual Backpack 2-3 rows

2nd Part
And I want a rankup system that is the same for all ranks
Everytime you rankup you get +.5 damage.

Format:
(Price for 1st Part) & (price for 1st+2nd part)
(How long it will take u)

no u cant... Ive tried It...It add different stuff I don't want... plus its more work...

These descriptions are too vague to give an accurate price estimate.
If I were to actually take this, I'd need to work out the details with you.

Though from what I can tell... I'd guess...
$15 for first part $8 for the second.
And I could do them in a day.
