Small Cozy Spawning area (thread closed)

Hi guys. For this build my target was to create something what isn't time consuming and expensive (under 30$) to buy but looks nice and well built...so this is what i came up with...)

Shop area included (if needed for faction server). I also could included small terrain (100x100) around build if needed...

Since i don't expect to get many bids i'll set starting price to 25$ i guess... If you will like this small spawn i could build few more similar spawns.

Winners server name will be added in video description and topic.

Start price: 25 usd
Bid increase: 2.50 usd
BIN: 40 usd (or feel free to offer your bin price pm)

Auction will end 4 days after i'll get first bid.

I see it being worth the bin, but why wouldn't you accept a starting bid of $10?

I also believe this is worth a price...but main reason is this: Auction will end 4 days after i'll get first bid.
I simply don't want to let people wait not knowing how long bidding will last...so i set up decent starting bid and after someone accept it i don't need hesitate to end auction
