I found some super old server files and one of the plugins inside was a plugin called "NetFishing", the plugin allowed players to fish custom objects out of water, titles included, etc.
The plugin worked fine 1.8, however my server is 1.9, and sound names change in 1.9, thus breaking the fishing plugin. I'm in need of someone to either change the sound line in the plugin or re-write a new one for me. This will be paid.
