This image shows the navigation without a 1px solid black border on the bottom of the button, it looks better this way doesn't it?

My picture shows what it isnt, my picture shows it flowing with the sub navigation which it doesn't do currently.

It is like that for everyone including me. Shattered you might have some 3rd party software such as a chrome extension changing that for you.

And yes that is what I was talking about, when I used the element inspector I just removed the black border and there was a gray one under it, I kind of liked the gray one so I just left it in the picture.
