Small Floating Factions Spawm + WarZone

I'm buying a small detailed factions floating spawn (island in the air). I'd like a custom terrain WarZone, preferably mostly flat with few trees. I'd like the spawn to have a few structures and a few trees. I don't need anything specific on the map, for example like, enchanting room, shop or anything like that, just the spawn.

My budget is a bit low, $15-20.
