Small Graphix work for website

Hye everyone !

I am in need for some small graphixs work for my website.

What i need:
- 3 Shop icons for ranks that people can buy(more info on skype)
- I am in need of a template for my forum. I have a staff aplication tread and a building team tread. Instead of just writing it down in text all the requirements and questions i want too make it nice in a png or jpeg. (something like this: http://www.mc-market.org/threads/169296/) ofcourse not that big, maby 1/3rd of that. I NEED 2, one for building team, and one for staff applications.
