Small KitPVP 'Core' Plugin

Note: config isn't required and it has to fully support 1.8 & 1.9 without any bugs, and if I do find bugs you will have to fix them without me paying any addional money, no matter what.

- 1. When you left click any TNT it should automatically launch a TNT to the direction you are looking, it shouldn't grief any blocks, but it should damage the people who get exploded near the TNT, but it shouldn't damage the player who spawned the TNT.

- 2. All vanilla enchantment books should have the option to 'drag n' drop', means for example I can drag a Sharpness V enchantment book and put it directly on a diamond sword without using an anvil. (You just have to remember it should be like normal vanilla enchantment books, so for example you can't put a Sharpness book on a bow, or armour, because it's impossible, same for all the other books)

- 3. When you right click with any Flint and Steel it should have only 5 'lights', so the Flint and Steel will break after 5 times you light a player, so basically you can right click a player with a Flint and Steel, it will put him on fire, but the fire shouldn't be like a normal fire, instead of taking half a heart of damage every tick, the player will take 1 heart of damage and the fire will last for 3 seconds (3 ticks).

- 4. Custom 'Power-Ups' : (should contain sounds and messages too)

"Smoke Bomb" - Blindness II (6 secs) to everyone who near the player, the summoner gets Invisible effect for 5 secs. [range - 8 blocks]

"Poison Grenade" - Poision II (6 secs) to everyone who near the player, the summoner gets Speed II for 5 secs. [range - 8 blocks]

"Witchcraft Grenade" - Slowness II (6 secs) + Weakness II (6 secs) to everyone who near the player, the summoner gets Regeneration II for 5 secs. [range - 8 blocks]

"Destruction Grenade" - Spawns TNT on all the players who are in the range and give them Slowness IV for 4 secs, the summoner gets Strength II for 8 sec's [range - 8 blocks]

Don't ask for my budget, I just wanna know the price, I pay for the plugin not for the time being spent on it. Comment how much you would take and show me your previous experience (you must have enough experience to create such a plugin without any bugs)
