Hi, I am selling a small lobby/spawn that I made the other day, as I was told it was slightly to small for what my server needs, so, I thought someone else could use it. So, here are the details/features of it. This is a 75x75 (With the mountains in it and a 49x49 to a 52x52 Inside).

- Small water pools
- 4 Pathways to the walls (At the end of the pathways There is no wall/portal etc as you can put in whatever you want there. There is a 7 wide area to put something in there.)
- Very nice flow of blocks used
