i haven't really used this site in a while, but.
i currently run a small community based server, and we are in need of a exclusive hub with this theme. we do have a budget, although i'm not going to publicly disclose the amount as i'd like to get a general idea of offers first.
the hub itself doesn't have to be too complicated, we prefer keeping everything feeling fairly vanilla, so no crazy detailing is needed.
