Small modification to the new giveaway system

I feel like having the buttons to enter and view giveaway would be better suited on the left side of the screen such as:
shmYTfu.png

instead of this:
bUvGsxu.png


This is because when people first click a thread in the giveaway area, the details are on the left side and never in the middle or the right side so they may be focused on the left side of the screen and not the middle or right side of it.

On the contrary, I would prefer the title and buttons on the same line, and the buttons on the right.

Having the 'Enter Giveaway' button on the left side would make it blend in with all of the other content. Considering our giveaway addon has been implemented for many months now suddenly switching it from somewhere that everyone knows to the opposite side will also just be confusing.
