Small Particle Plugin

Hello,
I am looking for someone to make me a small particle trail plugin for Sponge Forge 1.8.9, and 1.10. This plugin would have to have multiple particle trails, A command to list all trails a player has(Which would be displayed to the player in his/her chat), and Permission nodes for each trail that can be given to players that I want to have access to the specified trail.

Can't you use many of the public ones that are available on the net such as these:

UltimateParticles
SuperTrails

There are many more plugins as they are mostly used on popular networks so you shouldn't really create that is already available.

The plugins you have linked are for bukkit and spigot.
