small photoshop/editing job

Hi, I need some work done on a photo. The photo is in black and white and slightly slanted, so you'll have to correct that, colourise it, then change hair and eye colour. I'm looking for someone skilled with PS or some other app that can do this (if you use something online to colourise the image, that's no problem as long as it still looks good once you change the colour of the hair and eyes).

I'd be willing to pay a bit more than usual if it's done well. PM me here if you can help me out with that.

DNDW! About to send better enhaced revisions of the image he wanted to be fixed, but found out that he blocked me without any notice. I decided to blacklist this person for "Blocking without reason". He is now blocked on my list to prevent him to delete any messages he has on my discord chatlog.

His identity is confirmed because I had him on DMs on-site and he was the only one on my current list of comissions that has that request
