small plugin addon [not paid]

So I need a small addon it is from this plugin https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/headhunter-rpg-system.32459/ so currently it says how much xp you have. I need someone to make it to change it to precents % so if you have 10 xp from the 100 xp needed it will be 10% That's it..

Sadly I can not pay
perhaps we could figure something out.
