Plugin name: PlayerWarps

What will the plugin do(including permissions and commands): This plugin should be able to have a quick gui that players could open with /warps and be customizable. Then in that gui, players should be able to open up another gui that lists all available player warps using the skull of the player. The player warps section of the gui should be able to have multiple pages that will be created as players create warps. There should be another section in the main gui that has official warps where the icon can be customized. There should also be commands such as /pw create (name) and /pw remove (name) if the player owns the warp. The official wraps should be able to be created with a command like /pw admin create (name) or /createwarp (name).

Notes: I don't know if it's possible, but this could also be something like an add-on to the plugin Chest Commands, although it doesn't have to.
