I have an experience of around 4 years in java development, I can generally make advanced bukkit, bungee and standalone software.

I can make small plugins for vouch but if you are interested in medium or bigger plugin you may also contact me, I consider myself quite cheap

- Parkour plugin

You are able to make /forums through UltraCommand which is free and very simple to use. You can setup a custom message for it.
