I'll be making 10 small plugins and I'll try to have them finished within 48 hours of the request. It's first come first serve so I'll be making the first 10 requests (as long as they follow the format).

I've been looking around the forums looking for a developer but cannot find one.

Plugin Name: MobHostility
Version : 1.9, 1.10.2, 1.11.2
Short Description:
Makes it possible to change the nature of mobs (see additional info)

Commands:
/MobHostility reload

(All changes done directly in config)
Optionally:
/MH <mob> <passive|neutral|aggressive|p|n|a>
Changes the nature of the mob
Ex:
"/mh cow aggressive" - makes all cows hate you
"/mh creeper n" - makes creepers only attack if provoked.

Permissions:
mobhostility.admin
- grants user ability to change mobs

Extra Info (If needed):
I have started a cool 1.9 pvp factions server, with a very unique gameplay, putting pvp between players in the spotlight and I would like to get rid of the PVE aspect as it would bring the game too close to survival.

I'm looking for a plugin that makes hostile mobs passive.

If possible, a more advanced version would be to be able to set what mobs should be passive in the config.
In the form of a simple list.
Code:
Passive mobs: (don't attack)
    - witch
    - creeper
    - skeleton
    - spider
# - enderman

Hostile mobs: (attacks when player is in sight)
    - chicken

Neutral mobs: (attacks when provoked)
    - sheep
    - cow
    - zombie
This would not only help just me but many UHC based servers that would like to have mobs spawn but keep PVE a secondary aspect of the game (disabling just witches, skeletons and creepers for example) therefore I'm not necessarily asking for an exclusive plugin, though exclusive would be a huge bonus for me.
Sores started this plugin and made a great job at making one that can turn mobs hostile/passive but doesn't have the time to fully finish it (add the ability to make mobs neutral) which is what I really needed for my server.

Everything you need to know is in the spoiler above, the plugin is unique in a sense that there isn't a single plugin out there that does this, which is why I'm really hoping you'll take on this task and create the first one like it.
OP can decide what mobs are hostile, neutral or passive in the config (see other post)
Optional: OP can define the attack damage per mob (more for passive mobs)

Larger plugin than I originally thought, I'm going to working on this after I finish the other requests and I'll be releasing it as a Spigot plugin
