Small Project plugin (Need it ASAP)

Hey, so i need a small/medium plugin made for me.

Spoiler: Description

Commands:
/project create <id> <name> <date>
/project delete <id>
/project update <%> [<date>] (Optional to update the date)

I want a project plugin that hows in the scoreboard.
When i create a project it will say in the title the <name>
The progress like this example [||||||||||] 40%
The id and the deadline date.
Also i want in the motd to say the Project name and progress.

I want a config file where i can edit all the text and colors also placement of the different things.

I want this plugin ASAP. Reply down below with how i can contact you, how fast you can make it and for how much.
