Don't allow users to add rep to someone if it has previously been removed - otherwise staff might end up having to go through the process of removing it again.

Or just stop removing every reputation for every little reason.
This post isn't here to complain about the entire reputation system, just this aspect. Go back to your thread where you can yell at staff there.
Well maybe they should only be able to redo it once? Because if they are able to just keep redoing their rep every time it gets removed, then it would waste staff's time.
Well that's too bad - most of the time if it's removed one or two times it ends up being the same reason.
They should fix their rep the second time, otherwise they probably don't need the rep. People complain about the staff not dealing with scam reports, thread reports, tickets, etc - but then they keep redoing their rep on people even if mods remove it, which just wastes their time.
This has been suggested and denied several times in the past. If someone adds a rep against you for the exact same reason after it was removed by staff please report it and they'll be warned.
