Small Scale Plugin Developer

Yo, looking to start up a relatively small server with a pretty simplistic idea. Needing a plugin guy or gal to help me out with the development sides to things. Funding is a non-issue for the project and I basically just need a couple relatively simple plugins, but I need them flawless and high quality, clean, organized code which will be easily interpreted.

Willing to split server profits 50/50 for a agreed time period and pay $20 per plugin.
