The Dev must be knowledgeable in both LilyPad and Ubuntu 8.

Are you looking for a developer then or a configurator? If you're actually looking for a dev then I would suggest that you add a lot more detail about this as well as what sort of pay the dev will get. You should add detail to the post as not many people will contact you since it's most likely a waste of time.
