Small Server Partner/Investor

Looking to start a small server with someone, a server that averages about 10-15 players. Looking for someone who knows what they are doing and is experienced with Prison. I can provide a small ish budget, including a buycraft ultimate plan & I have a xenforo license. I'll need from you: A small budget, around $20 ish for a vps off OVSUS + a domain. This server will be purely prison atm. We will work on getting a fun, addicitive prison gamemode that introduces more, interesting features the more you play. I will providing plugins for this, including the core (entire economy, warps, crates), tokens, enchants and anything else we need along the way. This cuts the price by alot. Like stated in the thread, I'll be introducing features that are requested by players (well atleast that's what I tried to say). At the moment there will be only a few unique features, just to build a community. I will be introducing a new style to OP prison, as the best way to advance will be grueling challenges and quests. But this server will be more community based, taking ideas of what the players want and not what I think is best.[DOUBLEPOST=1498415005][/DOUBLEPOST]

Also to addon to my previous points, I'm mostly looking for a partner. If an investor is happy to invest than thats awesome too
